Art Insights
If you are affiliated with a residential care facility and are seeking a learning experience for Chicago-based seniors unable to visit the museum, this free program can bring the Art Institute to you. Volunteers are available to give slide talks to older adults at senior centers, care facilities, and nursing homes. To learn more or to schedule an Art Insights program for your facility, please call (312) 857-7641 or email lifelonglearning@artic.edu.

Plan an Art-Related Talk in your Community
The Department of Learning and Public Engagement maintains a list of recommended speakers who are available to give art-related talks throughout Chicagoland. Community and corporate organizations can contact these educators and curators and work with them directly to plan an off-site program. Program formats and lecturer fees are negotiated and carried out independently of the Art Institute of Chicago. Find a list of our recommended off-site speakers here.
